🌞What do you do Saturday mornings? ☕ I love S 🌞What do you do Saturday mornings? ☕
I love Saturdays because it's the day I do the most for myself. I clean my space, journal, play with my bunny, have some tea or coffee. But it's not easy to wake up in the morning if you aren't thinking ahead!

🌛 Prepare the night before - sleep at a good time and write out what you want to do in the morning.

🥐 Look forward to something - It's easier to get up if you have a buttery croissant waiting for you in the kitchen! It could be anything like watching a YouTube video or singing along to a song.

📋 Make a checklist - write out what you want to get done, but make sure it's also realistic!

Following these 3 simple rules can help you have productive mornings 🌄
Productivity 🚫 Self Worth I know this isn't m Productivity 🚫 Self Worth

I know this isn't my prettiest post but I wanted to say something about the unending "hustle" I see on social media. You don't have to study all day to get good grades! You don't have to work overtime every day to be successful! Your income isn't directly responsible for your success and happiness. Of course there is some ease of mind when you have money, but some people seem to try to get the highest number they can get, regardless of how much of themselves they sacrifice.

Be sure to take care of yourself and remember that not having a productive day does not mean having a bad day. Work hard, but don't work yourself out!

✅ TIP TO CHECK OFF GOALS📝 Do you struggle w ✅ TIP TO CHECK OFF GOALS📝

Do you struggle with having multiple things you want to achieve? Sometimes the best way to get things done is to not do other things. I have a lot of things I feel I need to work on, but at the end of the day only a few are true necessities.

🥇LIST everything you want to achieve. Anything you wish you could do, or something you need to do to better your life.

🥈ASSESS URGENCY of these goals. Is it something you need to do by summer? End of the year? Next year?

🥉MEASURE VALUE of the goal to yourself from 1-10. How big of an impact will it have on your life. Are you negatively impacted right at this moment because this goal is not achieved? Are you spending a lot of your days just thinking about it? Rank it higher. Is it just a "wish" that won't largely benefit your living? Rank it lower.

I listed various things I want to do and need to do. Working out and working on my Korean are needs to me, but reading and my gratitude journal are wants. Reading is a more important want to me, which is why I ranked it a 7 and the gratitude journal a 4. At the end, I numbered my priorities. My top 3 are working out, learning Polish, and building this IG page.

What are your top 3 goals? 🧐
📙What are some good habits you want to build? 🥗

I added in writing in my gratitude journal and learning Polish to my list this week, so it's going to bother me that my habit tracker won't be starting off strong! 😭 But it's helped me in just focusing on a few things rather than trying to do everything at once. It can be overwhelming to try to work on everything you think you should be or should know. There's more time than you think! For me, once I'm used to getting more active 10 minutes a day, I'll switch it to a 30 minute workout 3-4 times a week. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll be at a full 1hr workout 3 times a week. 🏋️ Also after getting the hang of Polish, I need to pick up Korean again. I've forgotten a lot of it, and I plan to go back to see my family once I can travel again. There are things I need to take care of there, and I know I can't rely on my mom to translate for me forever 😰 Both of this will come probably in the fall - keep me accountable by following me!

🍨🍿🍾📻 I decided to do a 50s theme this month. I wanted to keep it simple because it's hard to do details with markers 😅 I have a lot of content planned these next few months and I'm really excited to share with you all!
What are you looking forward to in 2021? I've star What are you looking forward to in 2021? I've started a post-covid bucket list that will only get longer as time passes... This post, I've collabed with @lettering.by.sandy to show you a few things on my list!

Another thing I wanted to add to my spread is the positive outcomes in 2020. People with disabilities definitely benefited from working from home, after years of employers saying it wouldn't be possible. Parents were able to save on child care and spend more time with their babies even though in the US maternity & paternity leave is short. More people now are involved in their communities and politics to make a positive change. And the first round of the vaccine has been rapidly administered to 4.2m people! I'm glad all my friends and family are safe and I'm very lucky to be able to say that. We had some scares but fortunately the people I know who had covid were able to come out of it and recover. I can't wait for this to be over but I know this is a group effort!
What are your 2021 goals? I'm doing this collab wi What are your 2021 goals? I'm doing this collab with @mathxmatics to encourage everyone to continue to work on yourself and the things you enjoy. But an important thing to remember is that setting goals alone won't get things done!

Think of SMART goals. Each goal you have should be Specific: a tangible thing or action. Measurable: have a clear definition of what achieving this goal will look like, meaning you're able to quantify or have evidence of your success. Attainable: it's something you right now can embark on. Realistic: this is a goal relevant to your life and wouldn't be something extremely different from who you are. Time-bound: has a timeline you can break down and a deadline you need to get it done by.
Have you tried baking? I tried my hand at filling Have you tried baking? I tried my hand at filling some puff pastries with jam and these were my best results! The rest looked... A little gorey to be honest. I'd like to learn how to bake nice pastries since it's been hard to find where I am. I used to get them from Manhattan but I haven't stepped foot since March. It's crazy to think it's 2021 very soon!
