Black Friday is November 23rd and it’s time to prepare your credit cards for some great deals! I’ve looked up some of the best Black Friday deals for 2018, specifically for students and young professionals such as myself.
I hope there’ll be some things in my list that you completely forgot you needed. Before going further, here’s the disclaimer to still spend your money wisely. I will be shopping to replace some things I’ve had for years, invest in things that will save me money like a coffee maker, and get a head start on Christmas shopping!
Note: Prices are what were listed at time of posting.
(Best Buy $23.99) These comfortable headphones can last up to 13 hours and comes in black or white. It comes with a built in microphone and you can use Siri or Google assistant through these!
(Target $25) At half the normal price, the Google Home mini will be out in multiple stores for Black Friday. By just saying “Hey Google,” you can get help with so many things, whether it’s homework, cooking, or looking up music. As for me, I like being able to ask the weather when I’m still in bed.
(Target 50% off) I’m always tempted to buy a bunch of gift sets for myself… Look out for some favorite holiday sets to gift to your friends and family next month! Especially when living alone for the first time it can be a scramble to find the right gifts for everyone. Truly a lifesaver for someone like me who never knows what anyone wants!
(Best Buy $39.99) These come in black and blue and can last you a whole 8 hours when fully charged. Great for workouts, studying, or your commute. This type of headphones are my favorite to go running in!
(Best Buy $7.99) My college Google account still allows me access to unlimited Google Drive storage space, but if your college doesn’t have a similar program, now’s the time to get a cheap flashdrive. Simple, small, and can carry as a key chain.
(Target $10) It’s gotten cold quickly this year and I know I’ll be looking out for these soft blankets. What better way to finish that paper than bundled up and warm? The red could also be a nice accent color to your room.
(Amazon $14.43) No matter who you are, mealprepping can save you a lot of time and money. Cooking just once a week and quickly microwaving your food can be much cheaper and healthier than eating out. Whether you’re a newbie or a veteran prepper, this deal on 30 containers is a steal! Microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe.
I’m sure you’ve seen lots of Black Friday lists screaming about how much you NEED a cute smart watch or 3-in-1 blender. But I want to keep this blog as useful to students and new grads as possible, so I hope these Black Friday deals were something you’ll look into!
